Prevas wins prestigious contract with Nye Veier in Norway

The contract runs over five years and is based on Infor CloudSuite EAM, which is provided as a cloud service in the Infor cloud. The solution will handle administration and monitoring of the various road systems in collaboration with contractors. Under the contract, Prevas will compile and configure Infor CloudSuite EAM in close collaboration with Nye Veier's own organization and integrate the solution with the customer's selected integration platform (Dell Boomi). This to handle data exchange with, among other things, contractors' own solutions and to provide Nye Veier with a powerful management tool.

"Infor CloudSuite EAM will be the 'engine' in our digital operations support system. The solution keeps us informed about the condition of equipment and facilities on the various road sections we are responsible for. We gain control and an overview of everything from emergency alarms to planned maintenance. Fault history and a record of completed corrections, along with documentation, are stored on the individual objects/facilities so that we can plan additional measures such as changes, or inspection programs based on facts."

With the digital operating system, Nye Veier wants to enable more efficient and cost-saving operations and maintenance of roads. For motorists, this will provide higher accessibility and safer roads through better planning and execution of operations and maintenance.
