Where safety and security is your core business.
When developing a product, the intended usage must be of primary importance. As a product owner, there is a challenge to get access to deep technical understanding that is combined with the knowledge of how to develop products that look attractive, executes efficiently, and helps the end user with its intended tasks.
At Prevas, we combine deep technical knowledge with the experience of how to work efficiently in order to reach a product that gets appreciated by the end user. We acknowledge the challenge of not only looking at the Graphical User Interface of a device and the work flow, but also at the mechanical aspects – how a device should be shaped in order for a user to benefit from a technical device.
An essential part of the development process is to do rapid prototypes, and it may be in the shape of a paper prototype, via carbon based mock-ups, to SLA prototypes with the look and feel of the end product. These prototypes are used to gain end-user feed-back and a deeper understanding of how the product will be used in real situations – the actual flow of usage and physical handling of the product. By collecting the feed-back at an early stage, the development can focus on addressing efficient usage, ease of use, and diminishing potential causes of errors – all in order to create end user satisfaction.
